The villa is situated in the village of Skouloufia 8 Kms from sandy beaches and 16 kms from the town of Rethymnon with countless restaurants, tavernas, bars, cafe's, boutiques, shops and museums to visit. The villa has 2 double bedrooms and 2 large family bedrooms with sleeping mezzanines.

The villa
The villa has A sitting room with fireplace and comfortable lounge furniture and door to the patio and pool, a large kitchen with full size cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, microwave and many other conveniences and washing machine. there is a master double bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom and sitting area and a door to a veranda. 2 split-level double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a wooden staircase leading to the upper floor with twin beds. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bath room. The family rooms and the ensuite bedroom leads to a large common terrace.

Outside the kitchen and sitting area there is a patio with stone built barbeque, wood burning oven and outdoor kitchen. The dinning table is shaded by a canapé. 

In front of the villa there is a paved patio with a 30 sqm pool with child pool. The pool and patio area is in an elevated position and is not overlooked from the road.

The Area
The villa is situated in the charming village of Skouloufia where you also find one of the best tavernas in this area. Though the summer there are cultural and musical events arranged at this taverna. 

The sandy beaches of Stavromenos are 8 kms away and the town of Rethymnon with countless restaurants, tavernas, bars, cafe's, boutiques, shops and museums to visit.
