The Villas
Each one is 112 sqms in size with two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The villa has 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom, in this room it is possible to put an extra (folding) bed for a 6th person.

The Living room has a fireplace, satellite T.V. , DVD player, stereo Hi-Fi, air-condition, modern furniture and lights.

A fully equipped kitchen is next the living room with dish-washer, fridge, oven, etc, - and a dinning area.

On the ground level there is a bedroom with double bed, satellite TV, a bathroom and a small storage room with washing machine, ironing board.

On the first  floor are two modern decorated bedrooms, one double and a single bedrrom. The bedrooms share a bathroom with Jacuzzi/bathtub. A huge balcony with panoramic view is in the front of the bedrooms, equipped with patio furniture.

All the rooms of the villas are faced towards to the sea and from every room you have views to the sea.

Rates includes all facilities, cleaning and change of sheets 3 times a week, pool cleaning every second day.

Pool and Garden
Each villa has a terrace and a big balcony. Beside each villa there is a private swimming pool, 35 sqms, equipped with sun-beds, sunshades, garden show er. The pool area is private an not visible from the other villa.

The area
The coastline is full of small beaches which impels you  to dive into the crystal clear water of the Libyan sea and relax in small sandy beach coves.

The nearest village is Rodakino ( 3 kms ) with kafenion, tavern (restaurant) and supermarket.
You can reach the lovely beach of Korakas in about 7-8 minutes drive.  A wide variety of Tavernas and some cafes are located at this beach.

There are lots of interesting places are in the area, like the  Frangokastello-castle, the  Preveli monastery,  the Preveli palm-beach, the  Kotsifou and Kourtalioti gorges, Chora Sfakion  village  Aradena gorge , the  Krioneritis mountain, etc.
