Anna’s villas are 2 charming detached 3 and 4 bedroom villas with private pools. The villas are built above a cliff overlooking the lovely bay of Almyrida. Completed in May 2008. Skifte dag er tirsdag!

Each villa has its own private pool. You will hardly need a car here, as the children-friendly sandy beach (which is awarded with a Blue Flag for several years) and the village with several taverns and cafes along the coast are only 300m or 4 minutes walk away (up-hill on the way back)

The villas
The villas have open balconies, round arches, wooden pergolas and windows. From the spacious balconies you can enjoy views to the open sea, the bay of Souda, the White Mountains, the olive-tree covered hills and a majestic sunset. The villas are ideal for a family holiday, especially with small or teenage children, or for groups of friends looking for a relaxing vacation.

Interior picture and details

When you enter the villas you find yourself in a spacious entrance area with a couch and captain chairs. From this area a door to the right leads to one master bedroom, a corridor to the left to two more bedrooms and bathrooms. A wide stone staircase leads to the upper floor with the fourth bedroom and the large open plan living room and kitchen. An impressive 6m high wooden roof covers part of this area.

Bedrooms
The 4 bedroom villa has 2 double, 2 twin bedrooms and 3 bath rooms. The 3 bedroom villa has 1 double, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bath rooms.
The twin beds can function as double with no gap between the matresses. A couch + folding bed in the living room sleep 3.

The Sitting room and kitchen
From each room traditional wooden windows and doors lead to patios and balconies with amazing views. The largest balcony has a wooden dining table and a Weber BBQ.

The villa has been decorated with care, elegantly balancing between tradition and modern style and resulting in a villa with local character and all the comforts of modern life.

In the living room modern and very comfortable couches offer seating for all the guest. A TV with SAT-receiver, DVD, MP3 player and stereo surround system is provided.

The kitchen furniture, including a large marble table, is hand-made by a local craftsman in the local traditional style. It is equipped with high quality appliances including a large refrigerator, built-in ceramic field cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, filter coffee-machine and boiler. A washing machine, iron and ironing-board.

Each villa has its own pool located at the further end of the villas offering maximun privacy. The pools are 7m x 4m, about 1.40 m deep. There are sun laungers and a sun-sail (5m x 5m x 5m triangle-shaped) by the pool.
