The villa
The villa has 150 sq/m of living space and can accommodate up to 11 persons, it offers 3 bedrooms and a sleeping gallery with 2 double and one single bed and 4 bathrooms, one of which has a full size bath tub, the others having showers.

The villa boasts a spacious sitting room with fireplace and is well furnished with comfortable sofas. Satellite TV, music centre and a telephone are some of the items for the guests use and comforts.

The kitchen is off the sitting room area and is well equipped with a coffee maker, microwave oven, electric kettle and adequate utensils.
From the kitchen you enter into a large separate dinning room with views towards the swimming pool.

A 40 sq/m swimming pool is to the side of the house and has a children's play area. around the pool there are plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, a children's slide into the pool, patio table, chairs and a stone built barbeque.

Air-conditioning is available at an extra daily charge, there are 4 units.

A mini market and taverna are at a 100 metre distance and other tavernas are close by in the village.

The lively village of Plakias with its sandy beaches is only 10 kms away to the south, where you will find many shops, tavernas, supermarkets, a mini bank, bars and some night life. Boat trips to places of interest and the Palm beach of Prevelli are available from the fishing quay.

This villa is ideal for families seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday away from the crowds although maintaining a position near to all amenities.

A car would be considered essential for this property to explore the immediate area and the island in general.
