The Villa is on a country slip road off the highway and the road leading to the fishing village of Panormos.

The Villa
The villa has 5 bedrooms one has a double bed, the other 4 bedrooms have twin beds. There is a possibility of changing the beds in one more room to a double. All the bedrooms have a/c and Sat TV. There are also 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, one with Jacuzzi. One bedroom is a walk through.
The villa is double glazed throughout for your extra comfort.

Front entrance to the cosy sitting room with TV. The kitchen is large with fireplace, a large dinning table. The kitchen is equipped with a full size cooker/oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all necessary utensils and small electric appliances. There is also a washing machine for the clients to use.

Three bedrooms are on the ground floor with access to the garden and pool and two bedrooms on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the garden and the countryside.

The swimming pool is aprox. 44 sq/m in size and has a depth of
170 - 185 cm. The garden has an old and original well, stone built BBQ,  garden furniture including parasols and sun loungers. To the side of the house there is also a wood burning oven built into the stone wall.

 The villa is situated aprox. 500 metres west of Panormos village and it's 2 sandy beaches, the smaller beach also has a quaint fishing harbour and some boats offering daily trips and excursions, on the other side of the village and separated by a host of tavernas is the largest beach offering some water sports and a taverna directly on the beach for that  leisurely drink or lunch.
