The Villa
The villa is 300 square meters in two floors and can accommodate 10 to 12 persons in the 5 bedrooms situated on the first floor.

The garden and pool
In the garden there is a 50 sq meters pool with sun beds, umbrellas, palm trees and some sitting areas for your relaxation.
The villa is in the middle of 40 acres of olive trees and with no other houses around, that makes it unique for those who require privacy and quiet. There is one small rarely used house at the edge of the garden.

The location

The villa is situated on a hill 500 metre from Episkopi Village, Rethymnon.
Episkopi village has many traditional taverns, typical Cretan cafeterias and shopping facilities.

A beautiful 20 km golden sandy beach probably the best in the prefecture is only 2½ km away, Episkopi village is located almost in the middle between Chania and Rethymnon and that makes it ideal for those who want to visit all the highlights of Crete quickly and easily.
