The villa
Offers 5 bedrooms, each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, some with showers and others with a bathtub, there is also a 6th bathroom. The villa has 300 sq/mtrs of lavish living space and is furnished to an extremely high standard.

The patios, terrace and pool side are adequately furnished with the appropriate furniture, loungers and umbrellas.

The ground floor has a spacious sitting room with comfortable sofas, an open fireplace, satellite TV and a music centre.
The kitchen and dinning room are of ample proportions and very well equipped, full size electric cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker and a generous complement of utensils.
There is a double bedroom on this floor and access to a patio with a large brick and stone built BBQ, there is also a very large terrace and pool area that can be accessed from the bedroom and also the living area.

The first floor houses 3 bedrooms and all having a different style of furnishings, a double bed, a four poster bed and the other having twin single beds. There is access to a really big terrace with fantastic views.

The Bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms are ver spacious. One of the double beds can be exchanged with twin beds if needed. 4 bedrooms have air-con, while the ground floor bedroom is quiet cool and does not need air-con. Fans can be provided if necessary.

The lower ground floor has the 5th bedroom and a very large room containing a table tennis and gym equipment, there is another bathroom here and a laundry room with a washing machine. 

Pool size
There is one large pool: 11.8 x 5.5 at widest and 4.5 at narrowest = 65 sqm total: the depth is  120 - 250 cm.  

The villa is a 3 minute stroll from the centre of the old and charming village of Prines where there are 2 mini markets, a butcher, a taverna and some kafenions. However it is situated in a quiet spot affording peace and tranquillity.
The village of Atsipopoulo is less than 2 kilometres away where you find the famous bakery and quite a lot of different shops, tavernas and also a mini bank with an ATM machine.

The old Venetian town of Rethymnon is just 6 Kms away and the sea at a distant of 3 Kms and an array of sandy beaches within 5 Kms.
