The villas
Villa “Artemis” has 150sqm + 70m2 annex and Villa Alkisti 130sq/m of living space providing accommodation for up to 7 persons.

Villa Artemis
Villa Artemis has 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedded and 1 twin bedded, 2 bathrooms both with tub. The villa can be rented with the annex (please note that the annex is not rented separately).

The villa
The main entrance to the villa leads to a large open plan living/dining area and a well equipped fully working kitchen having a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, a fridge freezer and all necessary utensils. 
The living room has comfortable sofas, a hi-fi stereo and satellite TV and has an open gallery above. There is also a small bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine on this floor. 

The steel staircase leads to the first floor where there is a sitting gallery, two bedrooms with double beds and another one with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms have independent air-conditioning units.  

The Annex
The annex has a bedroom, sitting room, open plan kitchen and bathroom of 70m2. This villa has an annex with double bedded bedroom, sitting room, bathroom with shower and separate entrance which can be rented with the villa. The annex is not rented separately.

Villa Alkisti
Villa Alkisti has 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedded and 1 twin bedded and 2 bathrooms both with bath tub bathrooms both with tub.

The main entrance to the villa leads to a large open plan living/dining area and a well equipped fully working kitchen having a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, a fridge freezer and all necessary utensils. The living room has comfortable sofas, a hi-fi stereo and satellite TV. This villa has a fireplace in the living room.

A few stairs take you to the first bedroom having a double bed, there is also a small bathroom with a bathtub. The top floor has two bedrooms one with a double bed the other with twin beds, there is also a granite detailed bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. These two bedrooms have a veranda with furniture. Both floors are centrally air-conditioned.
The gardens have a terrace with a patio and a 30sq/m swimming pools having adequate garden and poolside furniture.
Both villas have adequate parking space.

Plakias Village
There are a variety of tavernas, restaurants, café’s, supermarkets, bars and even a night club and all within a short walking distance. There are many nearby beaches and coves in addition to the main Plakias beach.

Plakias offers many extra activities like scuba diving, cycling, mountain trekking and wind surfing.
