The villa is built on a 3000 sq/m plot of land among olive groves and is fronted by a low wall and beautifully arranged and maintained lawned garden with flower beds and palm trees. To the rear of the villa there is a large private pool with a separate children's pool attached. There are sun loungers and umbrellas around the swimming pool area.

The villa
The villa's main entrance leads to a spacious lounge with modern and comfortable furniture, a television and a CD music centre.

The separate large fully fitted kitchen contains a full size cooker with oven, a large fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, sandwich maker and a juicer. there is a large bathroom with a washing machine, ironing board and iron just off the kitchen. On this floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom and a balcony. 

A marble staircase leads to the first floor with two further bedrooms each having a double plus a single bed and a baby cot, each room having its own private bath facilities, a balcony and a small kitchenette to prepare breakfast or hot drinks. From this floor there is a staircase to the roof area where you can sun bathe or just enjoy panoramic views in all directions.

Attached to the main building is a self contained annex with 1 bedroom having 2 twin beds, a kitchenette and sitting area.

The villa is double glazed throughout and offers air-conditioning at a supplement.

The area
There is a taverna within walking distance, shops and other tavernas 1 kilometre away, also the sandy beach of Skaleta is approximately 1000 metres away. 

A car would be considered essential for this property to explore the immediate area and the island in general.
